We know that the success of the longevity champion centenarians leaves clues. We know your genetics are not the leading factors in you getting a minor sickness or a major disease. We know your genes are triggered to live, die, change, improve or strengthen by your environment, your lifestyle and mostly; your diet. We know that diabetics can go off diabetes medication with changes to their diets. We know heart disease can be reversed by changing your diet.

We know bowel cancer is 95% related to your diet. We know walking outside every day with sunshine directly on our skin is common to all the longest-lived and healthiest of people. We know eating 30% to 40% less and eating consistent with activity levels has you live much longer, in far better health. We know an animal-rich diet will cause many problems including deadly preventable diseases. We know fresh, plant-based wholefoods should form the basis of your diet. We know green vegetables are the holy grail of all internal healing. We know the typical Western diet will kill you as effectively as smoking. We know that 95% of current Western disease and death is caused by diet, lifestyle and environment – smoking, drinking, not eating enough fruits and vegetables, eating too much junk-food and a lack of exercise.
We know that raw, soaked, sprouted and fermented fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes and wholegrains, are filled with unique life-protecting antioxidants, plant pigments, vitamins, minerals, fibre, carotenoids, flavonoids, trace elements and more. We know to avoid cigarettes, alcohol, sugar, cola/soft/fizzy/soda/energy drinks, junk-foods, drugs, medications, lifestyle-fat, processed meats, artificial chemicals and coffee. We know you need to base your diet around alkaline foods and manage the stress in your life. We know foods have the biggest influence on cancer – more than even toxic chemicals – as foods
create the landscape of the human body where cancer fosters or fades away.
We know regular fasting will keep you sharp, lean, healthy, flexible and youthful. We know that ideally you would go three times most days to protect and preserve the health of your bowel and immune system. We know we are currently over-fed and under-nourished. We know that the nutrition you eat as a child over the first 10 years of your life will dictate your cancer risk for many years into the future unless you change your diet as an adult (when young, your youthful cells are multiplying and growing, creating your genetic structure). We know without a healthy liver our ability to get over any illness is massively compromised.
We know that having strong friendships, family relations and a supportive local community is very important.
We know the centenarian champions laugh every day.
So eat well, get well, stay well and live well!
