We are so excited to be offering our inaugural luxury island retreat experience!  Enjoy a 3-day/2 night and inspiring, nourishing and deliciously restful ‘Fast & Feast’ Wellness Retreat punctuated with a guided 36-hour juice fast on the middle day and night. This unique and life-changing 3-day weekend will be a deep-dive RESET for your health – super engaging, highly educational, deeply relaxing, filled with connection and fun with like-minded others with a transformational 36 hour juice fasting component on Day 2.

Deepen your knowledge and get super inspired with deep-dive educational talks from Jason about fasting, healthy longevity and bowel, gut and digestive health. Enjoy fun, interactive and informative cooking classes and plant-based education from Tracey and be spoilt with her delicious plant-based food and organic juices all weekend. Stretch, settle, ground and be soothed with gentle (optional) daily meditation, yoga, walks in nature, vibrant discussions and sharing, daily check-in circles plus an additional relaxing massage if desired. Do as much our as little as you like as you sink gloriously into this experience in the magical, luxury island hideaway that is Parohe Island Retreat.

We will ease into the weekend with talks, activities and delicious light, nutrition dense, food prepared with love by Tracey to ready ourselves for the fast we are about to embark on together. Learn what to eat the days leading up to a fast and how to best prepare for a fast. Be inspired with a cooking workshop with Tracey where you together create and then feast on your delicious lunch on Friday. Begin your Fasting education journey with a powerful ‘Introduction to Fasting’ seminar with Jason. Enjoy an optional gorgeous group nature walk or some island activities. Connect and enjoy a beautiful dinner together before we begin our 36 – hours of vegetable juice only at around 8pm that night.

8.30am – Leave by private water taxi to Paradise, ooops I mean Parohe Island!

10.30am – 11.30am – Opening Circle

11.30am – 12.45pm – Plant-Based Cooking Workshop with Tracey

Start the day with a gently energising yoga practice followed by a meditation session, both by highly regarded practitioners. Then on to the transformational highlight – be lovingly and powerfully guided through the 36-hour nourishing juice fast based on the tried and true principles of seasoned FastMaster Jason. Be held, encouraged and supported through your fast with a group of like-minded others and two seasoned and skilled fasters. Be distracted by the seminars and holistic activities on offer or simple stay quiet, read, take rest, chill, play cards, enjoy nature, connect, and contemplate – whatever serves you and your fasting process the best. Enjoy the nutritionally dense organic juices served to you at morning and lunch as well as the hearty warming veggie broth in the evening. Feel the comradery and connection of the group as we do the evening check in circle – supporting and learning from each other’s process.

6.15pm – 7.00pm – BROTH TIME! (warming veggie-based broth for evening)

8.30pm onwards – Downtime/Stretching/Playing Cards/Hanging Out/or MASSAGE 

Wake and celebrate – you did it! We will do our best to support you through it and you may be pleasantly surprised at how easily you manage it – especially in this setting and in community. And if you don’t quite manage, don’t worry – it’s all part of it too. It will be a truly valuable process regardless with massive learnings to take away and implement into your daily life. After waking your body gently with optional yoga and meditation, enjoy and revel in the taste of food again with a delicious, light but lavish and lush varied plant-based breakfast – savour every mouthful!. Enjoy a final super inspiring ‘Eat Less; Longevity’ seminar from Jason and a plant-based lunchtime feast for the eyes and senses that Tracey prepares for you as we slowly introduce high-fibre solid food again to the body. Learn the ideal ways to ‘break a fast’. To help you transition the new learnings into your life, Tracey will take you through the practical ways to set up your kitchen and pantry with essential items for success – learn the hacks from someone who has been cooking this way for nearly three decades. Wind up the day with final sharing and leave with ‘doggie bags’ of that days delicious lunch to take home and share with the fam or have for dinner that night – the retreat that keeps on giving ☺
