For those nervous about or new to fasting and for those who have fasted before and like fasting in community. Highly experienced in leading Wellness and Fasting Retreats, Jason and Tracey are excited to be offering this Cleanse & Detox WELLNESS RETREAT – a gentle approach to fasting where we spend three days consuming delicious, nutritious soups and smoothies. Recognising that for some people, the idea of Juice Fasting is a little intimidating or a step too far to get their head around, this retreat allows someone to take a step towards fasting without stepping fully into a juice fast. Three days on just soups and smoothies is a wonderful rest for the digestion and also gives you an idea of what it would be like to do a three day juice fast, while being supported with a little extra sustenance. An opportunity to completely reset your digestion and transform your relationship with food through giving yourself a sustained break from solid food.
FRIDAY – Arrive at 9.15am to be greeted with your welcome smoothie and get settled in. We will ease in to the weekend with talks from both Jason and Tracey on Fasting and Plant-Based eating. Delicious, nourishing soup for lunch with time to explore a local bush or beach walk in the afternoon. A delicious soup for dinner followed by a sharing circle and time to relax, read, chat or soak in the spa, enjoy an optional massage in the evening.

SATURDAY – An opportunity to start the day with a gentle yet energising yoga class suitable for beginners and experienced alike, followed by a wonderful guided meditation – both delivered by highly regarded practitioners. We will deepen our knowledge on Fasting with Jason in the afternoon and there will be time to relax, have a nature walk, and perhaps enjoy a massage in the afternoon. Delicious soup for dinner will be followed by a ‘check in’ circle at the end of the day to share how the weekend is going and support each other as we complete our second day. More relax time, chat time, optional massage or soaking in spa.

SUNDAY – Wake to Day three of just Soups and Smoothies and pat yourself of the back! You may find you are feeling lighter, more alert and more energised. Another opportunity to nourish and soothe your nervous system with a guided meditation and a wonderful yoga class different to Saturday and again suitable for all levels. Today Jason will talk about his twenty golden rules for optimum health and longevity. There will of course be more delicious smoothies and soups and an opportunity for a group coastal walk after lunch. After lunch hear from Tracey with her tips and tricks and inspiration on transitioning to more plant based eating. Plus the final check in Circle which provides a chance for reflection on the retreat and setting intentions, take home goals and final sharing. We will send you on your way with: – a delicious takeaway soup for you to enjoy that night to complete your Detox & Cleanse AND a new spring in your step for what you have achieved over the weekend and what you now know you are capable of!
