When it comes to your skin, your bowels are king
Treat your digestive system with respect and your skin will take care of itself. Your liver indicates how well your skin is going to age. If you treat your liver badly, then get ready to look old and haggard before your time. If you live hard then get ready for a hard liver.
Fasting on freshly made vegetables juices is the single most effective and powerful way to grow younger. One day each week and one week each quarter or whenever it suits your body and schedule.
Go to bed before 9pm at least three times per week. The two to three hours before midnight are the most beneficial ‘beauty sleep’ for anti-aging. Particularly important is slow-wave sleep (very deep sleep that comes earlier than REM sleep or dreaming time). Most people generally need between seven to nine hours sleep each night to function at their best. To rebuild the skin, and for the liver to cleanse the blood; get more early evening sleep.
Watch and learn
The skin is the mirror to the body and a great way of testing how biologically-young you really are. Your face is a total map to your inner-health. Healthy people should look much younger than their age: 20 should look 17, 30 should look 21, 40 should look 28, 50 should look 35, and so on…
The best hydration is from plenty of water-rich fruits and vegetables. If you cannot get enough fruit and vegetables in your diet then drink pure, clean water and/or herbal teas daily.
Have great sex
Great sex with someone you love (WHEN APPROPRIATE ONLY!) keeps you young. The kissing, the hormones, the touching, the release and the orgasm all work miracles for the circulation, flexibility and skin. Ooh! Er! Grrr…
