The illusion that every government department wants you to believe and every food company wants you to believe, is that you lose weight through exercise. Diet comes first, then sleep, then routine, then a rebuilt microbiome, then stress management, then exercise.

Think movement not exercise. Try to find movement activities which you really enjoy and don’t require too much mental effort. Take pleasure in physical activities. Find something you enjoy and make it a daily habit and don't get stressed about exercise!
