Do you have a daily poison? This could be a food addiction to something that is not serving you well such as smoking, drinking too much, or eating foods that weaken you with each mouthful. Uncover the foods that are poison to you and stop eating them.
There are so-called ‘health experts’ saying fruits should not be eaten because they are so high in sugar. This is such a pile of doggie-doo it is hard to know where to start. The lowest cancer rates generally exist where the fresh fruit intake is highest. Duh.
How do you know how much sugar is in something? Divide the grams on the label by four - this is the amount of teaspoons in it. Be prepared to be SHOCKED. Remember; added sugar is nutritionally useless. You do not need a single teaspoon. Ever.
A high-sugar diet is linked to osteoporosis, arthritis, IBS, bowel disease, digestive disorders, depression, alcoholism, diabetes, mental illness, cancer and heart disease. Sugar even damages your genetic structure, causing negative changes to your genes. Avoid it.
