Liver disease could become a bigger killer than heart disease globally

The ridiculous thing of course is that the same diet and lifestyle habits that cause and feed heart disease, also cause and feed liver disease.

In New Zealand we have seen a 500% increase in liver disease since 1984.

In the UK, liver disease is now being the fifth biggest killer in England and Wales.

The death rate from liver disease in the UK has grown 25% in the last 10 years alone.

Australia is having even bigger problems in this area.

What has been behind most of this unnecessary early death and disease and suffering?

Alcohol consumption.
