Diet and exercise reduce diabetes and heart disease by 75%

This new study again confirms that with proper diet and exercise, the probability of diabetes and heart disease can be decreased by 75%. 

The research was on 422 men, 130 with normal sugar levels and 306 being prediabetic.  With good diet and lifestyle advice, the analysis found the risk of diabetes came down by 75% in the group with the lower sugar levels “Many now had lower body mass index and normal sugar levels and decreased risks of heart diseases…”
