Shift work and a lack of routine is linked to diabetes risk

I have worked with thousands of people from all around the globe and many are missing the simple habit of sleep and routine.  Sometimes I have to break the bad news to a participant by saying “You have to change your job or you will remain sick and you will not ever get well…”
