Breast cancer risk lowered by simply walking for an hour each day

Walking is always the #1 exercise for longevity and disease prevention. 

Now it is shown as a key prevention against breast cancer as well.

This new research was presented at the European Breast Cancer Conference in Glasgow, Scotland, March 2014.  The data was from an extensive review of 37 studies involving over 4 million women regarding breast cancer risks.
