No, eating fruits and vegetables isn’t bad for you!

Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center, has blasted the heavily publicised, bogus science report, saying “It’s just a very deeply flawed study…”

On the reliability of the recently widely-reported Austrian anti-vegetarian paper, he says Your eyebrows go up.  The methodology doesn’t pass the sniff test.  So it’s just a very deeply flawed study.  Despite what you hear in the media, the science of healthy eating is well-established and the evidence is incredibly consistent - across years, across cultures, across everything.  Instead of following the fads, rely on the fundamentals.  Eating more fruits and vegetables is good for you
