116 year old Misao Okawa says eat and sleep the keys to longevity

Just another great example of the common sense wisdom that these wonderful centenarians espouse.

I go into this in great detail in my book 'Eat Less, Live Long'. 

I love her attitude.  After falling over at the age of 102, she broke her leg.  When she returned to the nursing home, the staff found her doing leg squats as she held on to a hand rail in the hall.

When asked what she was doing, Mrs Okawa replied that she was "making sure her body did not get out of shape".

How can you not love her?

Happy Birthday today Misao from all of us at JSB.  You are an inspiration and a leader in living a long healthy life free of drugs and disease.

You are a supercentenarian of the highest degree and worthy of our respect, warmth and admiration.
