JanOne How did you do?
I was wondering how you got on hitting JanOne in great shape this year?
Please let me know on our facebook page (or right here) what you did differently and how you hit the year in a new gear.
I had a magical start to the year waking early and having a morning yoga workout in front of a beautiful sunrise at Waiwera. Then a lovely walk through the bush and over the big hill down to Wenderholm beach for a swim before the walk back.
I love starting the year the way I mean to continue and boy was that a great start!
It has been a wonderful holiday just relaxing with the kids, bridge jumping, kayaking, walking, swimming, playing petanque and cards. I am sure it was like that for many of you as it has been the most beautiful summer I can remember for a long time and it continues on today!
Tracey and I have been invited down to Queenstown to take part in a newly opened retreat centre so we are off tomorrow to be there for a week or so. We will report back on it and let you know what it was like and how you can experience it as well should time and budget allow.
I will be starting my near-daily blogs again in February once we return from this wee adventure!
Oh yes, a tiny detail but MY FIRST BOOK IS BEING PRINTED RIGHT NOW AS WE SPEAK!
More to follow on this in a few weeks but needless to say I am (to put it mildly), absolutley over the moon to finally have my first book completed and almost here. What a journey that has been goodness me...
