Breakfast cereals marketed to children again shown to be full of sugar

I have spoken for years about how almost all boxed breakfast cereals are simply a bowl of rancid constipating flour and sugar, and this latest Consumer research confirms that even now, in 2013, nothing has changed.

The report finds that almost all boxed cereals are too high in either sugar or salt or contain low levels of fibre.  Many contained 30% pure sugar.
