Health and longevity is the top concern now for people in 2013
People used to worry most about their income but now the top worry for most people on middle incomes is health.
The Longevity Risk and Reward for Middle-Income Americans surveyed 500 Americans aged 55 to 75 with an annual household income of between $25,000 and $75,000 and found that declining health is the #1 concern now for middle-income Americans. It is nearly four times the concern over inadequate retirement savings or outliving their money.
This is a good sign and a bad sign at the same time:
A good sign as people may be finally getting the message that health is more important than money.
A bad sign that people are feeling sicker than ever and this is starting to dominate their lives.
The solution? A healthy, plant-based wholefood diet and lifestyle changes!
