Apples cut blood cholesterol levels lowering the risk of heart disease

Apples lower heart disease risk – shown yet again
“Consumption of about two medium-sized apples can significantly lower cholesterol levels as early as three months” said a team of researchers at Florida State University. 

They found that women had a total cholesterol drop of 13% and LDL cholesterol by 24% after six months of eating just two apples daily. 

A 2009 Polish study also revealed two apples a day halved the risk of bowel cancer in adults.
